SPIRITUAL WARM-UP: If you choose, you can start your workout with one of 4 different 3 minute spiritual warm ups; Emotional & Spiritual Health, Self-Control, Physical Health, or Hope. In these segments, you can briefly focus on God’s truth which transforms us from the inside out and helps remove the roadblocks that often keep us from reaching our fitness goals. STEP: A 30-minute fun fat-burning Step segment that offers basic modifications for the beginner as well as advanced options for the seasoned stepper. You can choose to do this segment with or without a Step. This workout is all about having fun while getting fit. PUMP: A 25-minute toning and sculpting segment which includes abs. I combine exercises so that you work multiple muscle groups at the same time and tone your body from top to bottom in only 25 minutes. WOW! STRETCH: 4 minutes of relaxing stretches to cool down.
